Aftercare

The Mission's Aftercare Program offers help for men or women who are restarting their lives. We provide support and stability, along with resources to help them continue to overcome addiction, the scars of past abuse, and years without work history from living on the streets.

Through Aftercare, guests meet regularly with a case manager to set goals and benchmarks. They are supported through community meetings, recovery program alumni events, workshops, and trainings. Involvement with a local church and support groups helps to build community and social networks, and they receive continued mental health counseling as needed.
