Give in response to the special $25,000 GiveBIG Challenge Grant

Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is a nonprofit ministry that loves and cares for our homeless neighbors throughout greater Seattle.

We started in 1932 to feed and care for those suffering from the Great Depression. From a simple, borrowed soup kettle, we now love and care for thousands of homeless and hurting people each day.

We address root causes and break the cycle of homelessness by meeting urgent physical needs, building relationships, and offering long-term recovery programs. Our efforts work to restore dignity and help move people to healthy, thriving lives.

We want everyone to know, no matter their circumstances, they are loved and cared for, by us and by God.

Friends of the Mission have come together and committed $25,000 to challenge you and our community of supporters to give generously for GiveBIG.

Give today to help those in need find the kind of unconditional love and resources they need to overcome addiction and homelessness.

Some of the highlights from 2023

  • 368,049 meals served

But more homeless people are lost than ever and need your help to find a new path. Give now to provide a path for the lost to become found.
