It's my understanding that clients are required to attend religious services in order to receive meals and shelter at the Mission. Is that true?
This is not true. We serve everyone regardless of age, race, religion, gender, political affiliation or sexual orientation. As a Christian organization, we respond to anyone who has a need and asks for help. Individuals who commit to our yearlong recovery programs are required to complete all parts of the program, including Bible study; however no one is ever required to make any statement or profession of faith.
